Casino game - Blackjack

Introduction
Blackjack is a cardgame where the player bets on his own cards. Each player plays individualy against the bank.

Purpose
The purpose of the game Blackjack is to simply beat the bank. This can be achieved by having a total amount of points closest to, but not over 21.

The rules
Blackjack Important is counting the numbers. Every card from 2 to 10 have their respective values. The images (jack, queen or king) are counted as ten points. The ace can have different values: either it's worth 1 point or 11 points, depending on whether the amount does not exceed 21. The game starts with placing the bets.
When all players have placed their bets, the dealer gives each player two open cards. The dealer gives the bank one open card and one closed. First it is checked whether the bank has a blackjack. If so, the game ends immediately. If nobody has a blackjack, the game will continue. Next the players may choose if they want another card. If the player goes over 21 with the third card he will loose. If this is not the case, he can keep the currents cards or get another one. If all players decide they have enough cards, the dealer will deal the other cards to the bank until it has a number of 17 or more (but not over 21). The cards (hands) of the players and the bank will be compared to each other. Blackjack does however offer different options that will increase the chance of winning for the player. The first is to ‘double’. When the two cards have a total of 9, 10 or 11 he can choose to double his bet. The dealer will then give him another card. Then there is (split). When the first two cards form a pair – two cards of the same value – he can split it into another game. He will have to place another (same) bet. One exception is with the Aces: The player can only ask for one extra card for every ace. Then there is the ‘insurance’-option. When the first of the banks cards is an Ace, this will be noted. In this case the player can insure his bet of possibly loosing. He can, if he wishes, place another bet next to the original. Then the bank will turn around the second card.
When the bank then does get a Blackjack, the player will get his bet returned. If not, he will loose the extra bet he placed. In this case however it's possible to have a tie: when the players have a total of 21 points (blackjack) with the first two cards, he can choose to get his bet back at once. Last there is the so-called ‘surrender’. A player that bets that he will loose, can stop playing. He will get half of his bet back.

Payout
With Blackjack every player gets 1,5 times the bet. Upon winning, the player will get 1 time the bet. In both cases it will be paid out on top of the original bet. When the player looses (from the bank or by going over a total over 21), he will loose his bet. With a tie between the bank and the player the player will keep his bet and won't loose anything.
